Autism Functional Intervention Coaching — Roadmaps to Healing

Every child is unique—and so is their path to healing. Through autism functional intervention coaching, I help parents across the turn complex information into a practical, step-by-step roadmap to healing.
We use a functional medicine lens to look beneath symptoms—considering gut health, nutrition, detox capacity, and immune balance—then translate insights into everyday actions you can sustain, in partnership with functional medicine providers.

Foundations: Nutrition, Gut & Metabolic Support

When selective eating or gut imbalance begins to affect your child’s mood, focus, or resilience, gentle shifts in nutrition can help restore balance. We’ll work together to find changes your child can tolerate, explore possible food sensitivities, and support digestion and metabolism to help them feel and function better.

Lowering the Load: Environment, Detox & Immune Regulation

Small, consistent changes add up. We’ll simplify everyday exposures (home, products, food/water), introduce gentle, age-appropriate detox supports as appropriate, and use lifestyle and rhythm-based strategies to reduce inflammation and support immune balance

Clarity & Coordination: Diagnostics, Education & Implementation

The “why” matters—and so does making it doable at home. I help you understand potential labs and assessments (ordered by your clinician), organize results, and translate recommendations into a clear, step-by-step plan you can sustain, in partnership with functional medicine providers.

What a coach does

I help make a complex process more manageable. Together, we’ll focus on what matters most right now, translate recommendations into clear, practical steps, and keep things moving forward in collaboration with your functional-medicine team. I stay in touch with clinicians and specialists so routines and treatment plans stay coordinated. I also help your family complete select functional labs ahead of provider visits. We look at the results together to understand the overall picture and begin meaningful changes before that first visit—so you can show up prepared, with the right questions, and ready for your doctor to take things further.

Who This Is For

  • Families seeking a functional-medicine-informed approach to autism
  • Parents who want help implementing protocols and building sustainable routines
  • Families who appreciate a clear, collaborative, and supportive approach
  • Those hoping to see steady improvements in their child’s symptoms and overall function through addressing root causes
  • Families nationwide (virtual) or in-person in Tampa Bay

Although my work began with autism, it extends to children with ADHD, anxiety, sensory sensitivities, or other developmental and behavioral challenges — even when there’s no formal diagnosis. Many families come to me simply because their child struggles with focus, regulation, or daily routines. Using a functional-medicine framework, we look for what’s driving symptoms and create a step-by-step plan to help your child feel and function better.

What parents often notice

As healing begins, many parents notice meaningful improvements in symptoms—focus, mood, sleep, and overall function—bringing a renewed sense of hope and direction.

A gentle note on scope

Lab orders are facilitated through a physician‑authorized partner network. I provide education and organizational support; I do not diagnose, treat, or interpret labs. I can, however, help you prepare for appointments with thoughtful guidance on what questions to ask your licensed practitioner (e.g., how results may inform nutrition, supplement timing, or next steps). Please review all results and medical decisions with your licensed practitioner.
