What Brings Families to Explore Functional Medicine
Families come to this work at many different points. Some have been navigating therapies and recommendations for years. Others reach out after a change, regression, or moment that raised new questions.
This may include noticing shifts following illness, antibiotics, medication, environmental exposures, or vaccinations.
For families new to functional medicine
We’ll start making changes right away—addressing nutrition, environment, and routines while building a clear path forward. You’ll begin seeing progress as we put the foundations in place. We will explore which functional medicine labs and provider referral may be helpful as you move forward.
For families already working with a provider
Working with a biomedical or functional medicine doctor can be a considerable financial investment, and it often lacks the ongoing support needed between visits. I’ll help you organize and implement your provider’s recommendations, create an easy-to-follow supplement and medication schedule, and guide your family through appointments and next steps to maintain steady progress.

Initial Roadmap Consultation — $185
This session focuses on creating an initial roadmap — helping clarify priorities and outline thoughtful next steps.
Includes a comprehensive initial consultation (approximately 75–90 minutes), preceded by a thoughtful review of intake forms, history, and key concerns so our time together feels focused and supportive.
During the session, we’ll explore your child’s story, symptoms, and potential triggers to identify patterns, priorities, and clear next steps — at a pace that feels manageable and not overwhelming. You don’t need to prepare perfectly or explain everything at once; I’ll help guide and organize the conversation.
You’ll receive a written summary with practical guidance, lab considerations (when appropriate), and trusted resources to support your next decisions.
This consultation is offered as a standalone session, with the option to continue if it feels aligned.
A $50 credit may be applied toward ongoing coaching support if you choose to continue within 30 days of this consultation.

Brief Check-In — $75 (30 minutes)
A shorter session for updates, accountability, or small adjustments.
(Custom collaboration options available upon request).
HSA/FSA Payment & Reimbursement
Many families choose to use their HSA/FSA benefits for coaching services. Most plans require a Letter of Medical Necessity from your child’s licensed healthcare provider.
This letter confirms that parent coaching is an important part of the child’s care plan and supports the implementation of lifestyle-based strategies—nutrition, routines, environment, regulation, and daily habits—that are often crucial to a child’s healing and progress.
Once the letter is provided, I can issue detailed superbills that families may submit for reimbursement. While reimbursement is not guaranteed, many families have been successful when coaching is included as part of their provider-recommended care plan.
If needed, I can provide a Letter of Medical Necessity template that your child’s provider can complete.
All sessions are available virtually (nationwide) or in person in Tampa Bay.
Payment is due at booking. Multi-session options can be used within six months of the first session.
